Description
Japanese-inspired cocktail bar on Sukhumvit Soi 39 where the bartender builds a drink from each guest's preferences. Salon du Japonisant is a cocktail salon that works on omakase principles. Each visit starts with a conversation about preferred and avoided ingredients, followed by a cocktail prepared from those choices. The drinks list includes cocktails, whisky, gin, sake, shochu and liqueurs, plus non-alcoholic options. It opens Tuesday to Sunday from 18:00 to 01:00, and seats are reserved via LINE or phone.
